How we built Custom SaaS to simplify the manual tasks involved in Real Estates.

The Problem

One Group Developers, a prominent real estate player in 8 cities, relied on Appsheet, for managing their operations. However, as their business scaled, they faced challenges with Appsheet's limitations. Manual tasks like lead segmentation, follow-ups, and payment tracking were time-consuming and error-prone. Prompting them to explore fully automating operations.

To address these challenges comprehensively, our team proposed migrating the application to a custom-built SAAS solution leveraging Bubble.io for the frontend and Xano for the backend infrastructure. This transition provided flexibility and security, crucial for handling sensitive data. We designed a unified platform accessible to all departments, with controlled feature access at an user level, managed by administrators.
